Source attribution

Displayed reviews must identify their source and link to it when practical. Quotes may be shortened for length, but their meaning must not be changed.

Authentic reviews

Staff-written testimonials are not presented as customer reviews. Any overall rating shown must have a verifiable source and date.

Moderation

Reviews are not removed from the site merely because they are critical. Content may be withheld when it exposes personal information, contains threats, is unrelated to a customer experience or violates the originating platform’s rules.

Right of reply

Responses should be factual and must not reveal repair, contact or vehicle details beyond what the reviewer chose to publish.
