Service requests

When you request service, the site collects the vehicle details, concern, preferred time, name and contact information you submit. NOFO uses that information to review and respond to your request. A request is not an appointment confirmation or repair authorization.

After you first press Send, the site uses this tab’s session storage to retain the submitted details and a recovery ID until the result is verified. This lets you retry the same request after a connection problem or page reload. Security-verification tokens are not stored. After a successful response, the site replaces the saved details with the request reference and status. If the browser blocks that update, it attempts to remove the saved details and asks you to save the displayed reference. This storage is limited to the browser session and may be restored when your browser restores tabs.

Estimate links

Customer estimate links use an opaque access code in the browser fragment. The page removes that code from the address bar before exchanging it for a short-lived decision session. An unexpired, unrevoked link may be opened a bounded number of times; each decision session is short-lived and may finalize only one decision. Estimate pages are not indexed, cached or included in analytics.

Optional analytics

Analytics remain off unless you choose to allow them. Conversion events may record a page path, button placement or funnel step. Names, emails, phone numbers, VINs, free-text concerns and estimate tokens are excluded.

Service providers

We use Netlify for website hosting, Supabase for service-request storage, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection and Resend for booking notifications to the shop. Google Analytics is used only when enabled and you consent.

Your choices

You may decline optional analytics. Contact the shop about service-request records, including questions or requests about access, correction or deletion.
