Website terms
Clear limits for online requests.
These terms explain how to use the website and what to expect when you request service online.

Information, not a diagnosis
Website content is general information. It is not a vehicle diagnosis, safety determination or repair estimate. A qualified inspection may be required.
Requests are pending
Submitting a preferred date or time does not create an appointment. NOFO must contact you and explicitly confirm availability. Submitting a concern does not authorize repair work.
Emergencies
Do not use this site for emergency assistance. If a vehicle seems unsafe, stop driving when safe to do so and contact appropriate roadside or emergency services.
Pricing and coverage
No online page guarantees a price, completion date, warranty, financing option or coverage. Applicable written estimate and repair-order terms control.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, submit another person’s confidential information without permission or interfere with website operation.
